Tuesday, I put them on a plane homeward, still barking like seals and leaking sputum all over the place. I can only imagine what their fellow travelers thought.
Thursday, both the Husband and I start sneezing and sniffling, although I am way ahead on mucus production (men are so lazy!).
Friday, Father calls to tell me Mother is in the hospital with pneumonia.
Color me unsurprised. Also "worried", "sinusy" and "inclined to shriek I TOLD YOU SO!"
Taking deep breaths and petting the cat.
