Well, I spoke with the assistant. As expected, NOTHING was her fault, the whole situation was misunderstood and she was in Pittsburgh on the night in question. But she took the correction with good grace and signed the form and we're square for 30 days. We'll see what happens then. Of course, the employee who started the whole mess never came back to work today and has been let go due to weird and bad attitude.

I am starting to wonder if we have a bad culture for employees here. Planning on a meeting with everyone to talk about boundaries and gossip and the expectations for working in a Jewish environment.

I have a LONG meeting tonight, so no writing on the horizon. Dang it.
